not really sure what we do on these forums , but hardley anyone knows about my pregnancy and i just want to talk to people. Im due on the 30th set 2010 at the moment havent had my 1st scan yet im 7 weeks 5 days today . had a emergency scan about a week ago and they think i may be further gone only a few days or a week maybe. things are ok my symptoms went a while ago but then sat every eve meal i cant keep down which has been horrible now feeling sick alot more. i cant even take folic acid tablets as i cant keep them down which is worrying.

Welcome to the Forum! Its quite normal to feel tired and run down; try eating small amounts of bland food frequently, instead of having 3 big meals have 6 small ones, if you can manage it, otherwise stick to anything you can keep down
