john is thinking about applying to join the police, so is excercising and we're both doing a detox.

to get the best effects from a detox you should obv cut out red meat, sugars, fats, etc. this is our first day and i feel sh*te :wall:

i want a bournville and a chicken curry with a glass of irn bru. instead i'm having a satsuma, a baked potato, turkey slices and lettuce and water.

why do i do these things :rotfl:

You deffo need to be in the mood, will power is the key, my problem is sainsburys is on my doorstep so I nip over for stuff and chocolate leaps into my basket so I have to eat it when I get home :rotfl:

I think you have to want to diet to diet successfully :)

I think you definately have to be in the mood. You need to want to diet in order to have the will power :)

You need to be in the mood. Maybe with you being a young busy mum, a detox diet isnt best for you. What about a weight watchers type thing, making sure you are still getting your red meat and protein.

Pramaerobics as well :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

being honest i don't want to diet as such, i just wanted a detox to get all the rubbish out of my system. it only last 2 weeks anyways :cheer: dinner was actually ok last night, and i allowed myself a few pringles later that night

my view is - if i'm going to try have another baby, i'll put it all back on anyways :rotfl:

Yes but then you'll have the weight of the baby on top of your normal weight. Wasn't there a thing in the news recently about detoxing not working? or was it just certain 'medicines' that are suppose to help you detox?
