what the current interest rate is for mortgages? just i'm trying to guestimmate how much it's going to be but need to know the interest rate.

Also lok at the pics of this house.. I think i'm in love. its in the area i like near my work. obviously i need to stop being in dream land and wait till we have spoken to mortgage advisor tomorrow night but i do like it, no i love it
