Thanks girls just discussing with oh whether we should or not as we have been doing and it sometimes wakes her up too much and then takes agggges to get back off! Then on the other hand I feel guilty if I don't!

Arggh its so hard lol! Saying that once she sleeps through assume people wouldn't change?

So many things to think about when they're new lol xxx

I only did it after a poo but if i'd exhausted all avenues i.e. feed, cuddle burp etc I'd then change her to cover all bases lol.

Now at night Isla is in a nappy from 6:30 pm until 8/9am!

I do tend to change it because there is usually a lot of wee and if a poo comes on top of that in the morning there is nowhere for it to go apart from all over me and my bed!

i check to see if it is needed, saves one extra disturbance in the night

Only if they'd poo'ed...disposable nappies are designed to keep the wee away from the skin so doesn't cause any harm in leaving it on all night-unless they have nappy rash etc xx

We used to change Oscars nappy all the time when he was newborn, even through the night before or after a feed! I defo won't do it again this time though unless LO has poo'd! I'll try and keep them as sleepy as possible and changing nappy just wakes them up more!

As others say only if she's pooed which is v rare in night now - usually she's in the same nappy 7-7 ish xx

I change him every time he wakes up before feeding him or if I hear that he did a poo.

I used to but now Owen doesn't fee in the night I can see the nappy can last all night! Xx
