Do you think something is wrong?

Symptoms:

- painful, excessive swelling in my legs
- persistent headaches
- bleeding starting to get heavier after easing off
- severe lower abdominal pain (to the extent that I'm curled up in bed crying after 2 co-codamol and 2 nurofen)
- really cold even though the heaters on full and I'm wrapped up in a dressing gown, blanket and duvet

I don't know whether to call my doctor/give the midwife a call or whether I'm just being a wuss xx

The midwife just came out to see me. My blood pressure is slightly raised but nothing to worry about, everything else was fine. She thinks I've pulled a muscle in my stomach whilst in labour and that I'm a bit bruised. Otherwise, just after pains. She did recommend taking stronger pain relief though xx

Im having the exact same things! we are on day 11 today. did you find the issues you raised wore off, and if so how long post pregnancy xx

About 3 days after they started they started easing off. I spoke to the midwives and they said that it's all normal.

Hope it eases up for you soon!!

I'm exactly 3 weeks post childbirth today and I feel completely back tomorrow! Only bleeding lightly now but that's it. Other than that just the expected tiredness xx
