I’m making some little changes to my diet to try and improve womb lining quality! I’m vegetarian, diabetic and lactose intolerant.

So this is definitely a challenge!!!

About 5 fruit or veg a day!
Drink Water (always do anyway)
Drink decaf tea
Upped my milk from skimmed to semi skimmed.
Limit bread intake (only having wholemeal)
Stopped crisps

Me again! :rotfl: I am T2 and I know my diet could be a LOT better! I’ve read up today and saw that carrots cause a rise in oestrogen :shock: about the only veg I eat all the time I snack on carrots and hummus all the time woopsie! There are some really interesting articles on very well family x

Thankyou lovely. I love carrots.

Apparently it’s all about keeping sugars level. Easier said than done at times lol xx

I don’t drink it often tbh, and I drink it with flavoured water

crisps are so irresistible when I’m ovulating lol. Going to try and not have them this month :rotfl:

I’ve hidden my treats going a month without see if anything happens x
 
I'm trying to drink more water, I never usually drink it and I've changed to decaf coffee because I'm a coffee addict.
I need to start eating fruit.

Water is a big one for me too @flowerbomb going to start today try and drink 6 pints a day x
 
I’ve started slimming world again, started in September to try shift some weight before started TTC. I’ve put on 6 stone with my other pregnancies so didn’t want to start from too high a weight.

Planning to keep following it if luckily enough to conceive! Lost 2 stone so far, 1.5 more to go until a healthy weight x
