I’m making some little changes to my diet to try and improve womb lining quality! I’m vegetarian, diabetic and lactose intolerant.
So this is definitely a challenge!!!
About 5 fruit or veg a day!
Drink Water (always do anyway)
Drink decaf tea
Upped my milk from skimmed to semi skimmed.
Limit bread intake (only having wholemeal)
Stopped crisps
