just wondering how it's going hun? hope it's working!! :D

hi girls, Harleys getting the hang of it and will suck for about 10mins even with no milk coming, but im shocked as to how much my milk has gone up
its hard work with Dior at the moment and still havnt had time to use a bump at the moment im finding it to easy to just want to give up as its only the early days but im going to stick with it, i no once i see him having less formula il be proud

yay, well done dionne and harley!!! 10 mins, that's great! i suppose it is like it was in the beginning for most of us BFing mums - very frequent feeding, sore nipples and very tempting to give up and go for the bottles. but stick with it hun, it will take a few weeks for you both to get used to it, and after then it will be a doddle! i'd say most important thing to avoid sore nipples is correct attatchment - i only had one day where it hurt as my nipple was cracked, other than that i was fine - and i think it was because i worked at getting him latched on properly right from the beginning! if you haven't already got advice from a BF councellor then avent do a video which shows you how, have you seen it? it was free from boots with a voucher. i have it on DVD if you want it. i don't need it anymore, ruben knows how to latch himself on now! this morning after a bad night i took him into bed with me and fed him laying down, he finished eating and we both fell asleep, then i woke an hour later and he had found the boobie again by himself and was happily feeding away! lol

well done dionne and Harley, i wish i knew that i could do it after a month or two other wise i would give it a try

Hi

great job i know you guys can do it.
Kiara has only ever eaten 5-10 min at a time, think im one of the lucky ones.

 Dioone I am really really pleased for you :D See you must have big mummy milk boobies :D And as a bonus, if you can get Harley onto feeding full-time from you then you burn off upto 500 extra calories a day! (So you wont need those diet pills you were talking about!).

Well done Dionne - I'm really impressed!!!

It's so much easier than preparing bottles too so stick with it.

i really wished that i had stuck at it, but liam was feeding for over an hour at a time mostly at night and i was too tired, he was such a good feeder to never hurt at all. i really regret it :( :(
