You need to chat with your doctor about it as only they can advise you on the risks of taking it vs the risks of not taking it. If you want to come off all medication and are safely able to do so then perhaps therapy could help you throughout your pregnancy. Have a chat with your doctor if you can - if you struggle to get an appointment try a telephone appointment- or even look online for some mental health organisations that may be able to help you in the mean time (although they won't be able to give you medical advice).
You do not have to come of any medication like this in pregnancy aa it is important that you feel well in yourself. Go to see your GP to discuss as there may be an alternative tablet you can take. As far as Im aware I think this particular one is safe in pregnancy. X
I can relate to this as I was on anti-depressants before pregnancy and came off them when I was well enough to go through IVF. It has been a rocky ride and I have considered going back on them. I was told by both my doctor and midwife that a low dose of 20mg is not harmful in pregnancy. My midwife told me many women stay on them throughout without any problems or harm to the baby. I was fortunately well enough to avoid it but I was reassured by their advice. Reach out to your doctor and midwife as this is a common problem and I'm sure they can help you. Please try not to worry, your health is important too
