Daytime Sleeping

Sophie is not even 3 weeks old yet so she still sleeps quite a bit during the day which is fine but where does everyone let there babies sleep during the day.

She has a vibrating bouncer that she loves and as soon as i put her in it she falls alseep but i dont like her sleeping in her bouncer as i worry that it will hurt her neck. I have tried taking her up to her bed when she falls asleep for naps but most of the time she will wake up and cry as soon as i move her.

Im not sure what i should be doing .

What does everyone else do during the day.

I put her in the pram in the day as it goes down flat and then in the cot at night. Mainly because then if she stirs I can push the pram a bit, or go for a walk etc and not be stuck in the house while she sleeps. Helps her to know when it is night time too when she goes into the cot.

I let Lily sleep in her vibrating chair. If she falling asleep she obviously needs it and like you said she screams if I move her so I leave her. If she falls asleep on me though I try putting her down in her cot in the nursery.

if i now he needs a nap he now goes in his room in his cot ( at night his in his crib in ours) , his bouncer lays flat so sometimes he falls asleep in there , or his swing , or on his playmatt lol

I used to use the pram too, then if I was bored I would just push him out for a walk, or sometimes we would go for a walk first to send him to sleep. Now that he is bigger he sleeps for longer in his cot though and he gets a bit restless in the pram now.

Its very hard to put Logan down for a sleep as he falls asleep at the boob, and quite often wakes up when he's put down.
If he's in a deep sleep though I can sometimes put him down in his moses basket in the living room for a nap. He wouldnt go in there for the first week though!
