dating scan

Just had my dating scan and baby is bigger than we thought. I have been moved forward a week so need to change my ticker!
It was amazing - little bean was kicking away and waving. Heart beat was so strong - it's really amazing. My OH isn't one for words but he grinned all the way back to the car!

Only grumble was that I had to pay for the picture!(which I will scan and attach later!).

So - I am off to the second trimester this thursday! Bit of a shock

2nd Trimester is always easier.

How many weeks do they do scans now? Last time was 16 weeks and 30 weeks

Thanks guys - yes - I AM really glad of being moved forward a week. I really hope it means 2nd tri will be better as I have hated first. Fingers crossed.
Minime - I was due dating scan at 10 weeks and then have a second at 20 weeks. This differs with different areas though so check with your midwife!
