COT EATING....PLEASE HELP

christopher has started knoring away at his cot, not the railings but the posts tat joing the railings to the top/bottom of the cot. he has really been going at it and has actualy began to wear dents into the posts where he has been scraping his teeth...i know u can buy teething rails for the sides of the cot but what do i do to stop him chewing the posts ?

urgently need help as im scared he will choke on the bits hes getting off the cot..
either that or one morning im gonna go in and find a huge pile of wood shavings and no cot.........

any hel pplease ?

Cammy used to do this to.

Dont think they ever actually swallow very much so will come to no harm

Is he teething the stage may pass when teeth come in.

I did this when I was little I used my cot for Tia and when I stripped all the paint off, my dad had pollyfilled my teething areas I was fine and apparently I was quite the muncher...
