Is there a magic cure for this???

I drink water (loads) but I'm still having this problem.
Please tell me I'm not alone n does it ease in tri 3 or get worse?
 
Eat a pack of softmints!!! I kid you not, whenever I eat these I am poopin everday without fail.... And it's no hard chore! Lol

was that a bit too much information! Lol
 
A glass of grapefruit juice/grapefruit & orange every morning.... Totally works. X
 
Grape juice works, but Im struggling atm cos drunk so much grape juice can't face it anymore :(
 
I always used to find having a fag and a brew worked for me but obviously not an option now, I sympathise with you :-( I suffer from IBS so have it all the time, just don't force yourself to go because piles is WORSE than feeling constipated IMO :lol:

you can take certain 'loosening' medicines but i think they taste gross and don't really work personally

Try sitting on the loo and rocking from side to side front and back and round, takes patience but sometimes it works (you look slightly mental but who watches you on the loo?!) :)
 
glad I haven't had this problem since I started my diabetic meds lol they make your poop lol

I got some stuff from docs too in case it gets bad but haven't used it yet seem to be ok every couple of days I have a clear out haha I don't poo for days then I do haha x madness sorry if tmi. :)

Not at all. As much info is needed I'm in such a bad state I'm scared to go loo due to anal nose bleeds n I'm willing to try ANYTHING!!!!

@nanc......can't touch any of that. It's my stomachs worst nightmare... No Gaviscon in the world cam help me when I get heartburn.

@Rósa I'm asking mum to pick up two cartons n some grapes.

@rheych IBS is the norm in my life. So painful at times. A menthol fag but I got badgered into stopping smoking n haven't had one since 22 weeks (painful for me as I've smoked for years) but I don't crave it even tho mum still smokes in the house :s
I got prescribed fybogel but it don't do much just leaves me feeling more bloated :(

@misscrazycooki ur lucky your pipes ain't blocked. It's sheer evil.


Nothing here is TMI, glad I'm talking to ladies who feel my pain. Beats asking my lot on fb aye loool
 
Try some prunes. My midwife also recommended linseeds sprinkled on your food - you can get them from health food shops. I agree about the prescription stuff - my GP prescribed lactulose and it did little apart from give me terrible and I mean TERRIBLE wind! Good luck.

God, you poor thing you sound in a right state :-( I have also found dried apricots really goos and Kellogs "Sustain" cereal has a very quick effect. X

Seriously, you will find you will be regular for a couple of days after finishing a pack. I didn't make the connection at first, I soon realised that it was my spearmint softmints cravings were making me go easily. If I don't have a pack fir a week then I notice I haven't done anything, out comes the mints abd you can't keep me away from the toilet :-)
 
Ive found that a big bowl of shreddies has been helping :) lots of fibre x
 
Nanc I'm trying everything possible. Got some bran flakes n sultanas.
Ive been through 1 pack already wish me luck lol
 
Softmints n bran flakes with sultanas are a winner so far
