constipation after formula

Ok so I gave my ebf LO a bottle of formula on sunday afternoon, because we were in the car on the motorway and he was screaming for a feed. My sister was there with her baby so she gave me some ready made formula (cow and gate) which my LO took with no fuss... However he hasn't been for a poo now since that evening (so soabout 36 hours) which os very out of character as he normally poos every feed! He's also fartin away like a trooper and straining and grunting, pushing his legs up to his chest. What can I do to help him? I read somewhere a teaspoon of fresh orange juice, is this true? He will be 5 weeks on thursday...
Safe to say I'm never giving him formula again!

just breastfeed him. That's all he needs. Don't give him orange juice. His guts aren't ready for it.
