i may not have the accent any more but i am Northern and i am Geordie i may not have come from central Newcastle but
being Geordie is not just Newcastle its the near by areas like me i live only 6 miles from Newcastle.
The Geordie name comes from the lantern used for going down the mines. And my family is steeped in the coal mining histoy my Mams family Surname is Collier and worked down the pits
but im living away from home i miss it and this is me saying im Northern and proud of it
