Colic question...

Hi ladies, im just wondering is your 2nd baby more likely to have colic if your 1st did? Im dreading this as my little boy has it so bad till 13 weeks. We kind of controlled it with a mixture of colief, dr brown bottles and comfort milk.

Also, would you start you next lo on dr brown bottles if you were me?

I breastfed all mine, but i still had little bouts of collic,

i've had four babies and can't say that it was worse with any in particular..

A friend of mine has had three babies and bottle fed and she swears by Dr Browns, and hers didn't get collic anymore than mine did.

mine LO has just started with colic and i'm BF. I've been told to get gripe water. I have no idea about 2nd babies and I don't plan of finding out for several years!!!!

My daughter didn't get colic and in all honesty I didn't give her the chance to either as I put dentinox in her bottle, this allowed her to bring up wind very easily and generally settle the stomach. It didn't have any other side effects and also took her to the chiropractors once a year as they can do something for colic which is always worth bearing in mind.
