Colds

I know I may sound silly, but Matthew has caught my cold, and I'm not too sure what to do! Do I just wait it out like I do my own?

I put a bowl of boiling water in Islas room with some vicks or olbas oil in it, then lift one end of the cot to elevate his head. Make sure you have a saline spray and a snot sucker (yuck!) if he gets a blocked nose.

Charley's got one too I've put karvol on his sheets, used pillows under the mattress to raise his bed, calpol every 4 hours and plenty of fluids. Hope he's better soon x x

I've raised his cot, I have a plug I. Karvol vaporiser for his room and plenty of fluids! He was asleep most of the day though, which I suppose is good as he may sleep it off! Lots of cuddles aswell!
He wouldn't eat anything but yoghurt today, think he has a sore throat, so calpol has come out!
Not easy coping with this when I'm ill aswell! This is where I wish his dad was around to help!
