I recently walked out my job and haven't been back in the last 3 weeks. The reason for my leaving was because from the moment I told them I was pregnant my hours got cut, from 38 hours per week to 8 hours per week. I complained but got nowhere even with human resources.

For the last 3 weeks I've had shifts sceduled but have not turned up for work not even answered the phone calls. This week they've finally took my off the scedule board so I think I'm offically "sacked".

My question is am I still entitled to the holiday I've earned? I've got almost £300 holiday money and I'd rather it was in my pocket than thiers.

Your employers would need to take unauthorised absence action on you and if you have been sacked you should receive this in writing, yes you would be entitled to any accrued holiday upto your last day of employment

I would recommend that you contact someone like ACAS as you could have a case of discrimination and constructive dismissal against your employers
