That we get our house on the market, and sold, and get moved into a new lovely family home before baby number 2 comes along (I know it's pushing it a bit but we're gonna try!)

That someone buys our appt for what its up for and we can find a nice new house in our price range - 3 doub beds, nice area, garage, drive and a nice garden and no work needing to be done inside!

xena, I think that it is more than possible to do all that - we conceived in August, Paul applied for a transfer in September, we put the house on the market in October and it sold in four weeks, Paul got an interview for his transfer in December and got it, we put an offer in for a house in December and should complete on that in February, we move out Jan 12th and are yet to find out when Paul starts in Leics, Thomas is due in April - plenty of time, you will definitely manage it!!!!!!!!

sorry to sound so corny but i would wish for nothing at all, I have everything I could ever dream of and more, a wonderfull guy, a beautifull little man a lovely comfortable home and im going to have all my family around me, this yr is my yr as last yr i was so upset at christmas
