Child benefit...address label?

:think: We are just filling out our child benefit form and its asked for a address label in the pack to be filled out? We don't seem to have this label? What is it for, could we just write it on a different sticky label assuming thats all it is? I would put this in the right section but we are off to post it now and need to know soon :D Thanks xx
 
Its just an address label you have to fill in, they stick it on the envelope you get the birth certificate back in.
I think it would be fine to just fill in a sticky label.
 
Is it on the front of the envelope they give you for the return of your documents?
if not just write it on square piece of paper..its just for them to return your birth certificate and any documents you provide.
 
I didnt have one either. So just wrote that by the check list on the last page. They returned Docs fine.
 
:) Just sent it off there now wrote next to the box that there wasn't a label with the forms. Thank you ladies xx
