Chat room help please!!!

Mods, if this is in wrong section, please move but I thought it was the best place for advice on this where people would see....

Have tried many times to log into chatroom....it tells me to download Active X thingie which I do but I just cant seem to get in

Anyone else had probs, and what did you do????

i was having problems too, so i downloaded java and it works now, google java and try downloading that too

Tried that too, and it STILL didnt work!!!! AAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH

try going into internet settings, and making sure the java is selected?
