looking at february when its not too hot..will be jakobs first holiday, i know its far but i have asked alot and i know alot of people that have done long haul with younger babies and said its easier cause they sleep most of the way .

i was going to florida in 2008 but if i get pregnent i wont be going at all! i'll be cleaning bums! im so excited!

why not go in 2008 with baby? you could probably get a very good deal booking in advance

the only reason we are rushing into booking something is because before i knew i was PG we booked a holiday to majorca for sept and paid the deposit of £270 and i refuse to lose it so we need to book something else before july or we might be lliable to pay the whole holiday price as a cancellation fee!! And we were looking at the med and the prices were coming to about £1000 anyway and i found some prices for orlando 2 weeks on international drive with 7 day disney passes (each), sea world tickets and bush gardens tickets (each), car hire, pre booked seats (so you sit together) in flight meals (as if you have to pay extra on long haul flights!!! youd think it was in with the bloody flight price eh?!?!) and fully comp insurance and all taxes on car for £1500 (minus the £270 we already paid) so £1230 all in. Not bad eh?

I don't know. I dont like the heat and carrying a baby around wouldn't be very comfortable!

the reason i have chosen to go in february is because its not hot its 20-25 in may however is when it shoots up to 35 and i wouldnt consider that at all! even if their is babies that live there all the time mine dont and wouldnt be used to it.

And why wouldnt it be comfortable? you have your pushchair it would be just the same as taking them out anywhere!

Its lovely and cool in Feb, i'd pack a few jumpers though we didn't think we would need them (we went this Feb just gone) and they happened to be having a very cold spirt a lady there said it was one of their coldest Feb's ever...our luck, we still managed to have a great time though!!
