Cant get tickers

So, I spent ages looking for tickers and thought I had put them up.
But...i've just noticed that under edit signitures where the i have:
Allow HTML - NO
Allow signitures - NO

Can anyone enlighten me on this?

Not sure. I know on mine I'm not allowed HTML. There is a section at the top called forum testing and support and in there you can ask a moderator, they may be able to change this for you?
