Definately. I have a horrible next door neighbour. And i don't know how he gets off on some of the things he does. He has a problem with me coz i'm a defenseless female. Fortunately i don't let him get to me.
I just hope her neighbours have some sort of conscience! And feel sick with guilt til the day they die!
We fell out with our old neighbour over a car parking space! They put up fences and refussed to talk to us, so we just got on with life! I couldnt imagine what its like to coem home, where you should be at your happiest, and feel like that
