hi my hubby and i have been ttc for 2 years he has dont a test on his semen we are still waiting for the docts appointment can someone please help me to understand these results please.

Provider specimen comments: LOW progressive and total motility. LOW NORMAL FORMS

Semen volume (492) : 2.2 mL [1.5-15.0]
sperm concetration (4936) 18.0 10*6/mL [15.0-200.0]
Sperm motility (49B) : NORALITY BELOW RANGE :13% [40.0-100.0] BELOW LOW REFERENCE LIMIT
Sperm motility (49B) : NORALITY BELOW RANGE :9% [32.0-100.0] BELOW LOW REFERENCE LIMIT
Density of morphologically normal and motile sperm (49C) BELOW RANGE :1.0%[4.0-100.0] BELOW LOE REFERANCE LIMIT
CELL COUNT : <1 10*6/mL

Motility are the 'moving' sperm.
Progressive motility are the fast active ones which are likely to fertilise the egg. Normal forms refers to the 'Normal' healthy sperm. Some can have 2 heads or just not look right, they won't fertilise the egg.
I would get your OH on some vitamins if he isn't already. Well man conception or solgar vm75. My OH had lower Motility, after taking the bits for a while all of his results improved massively to the point the clinic said his results were amazing xx
