Can I wear a sling when pregnant?

I didnt really know where to post this but just wondered if I can wear a sling when 29 weeks pregnant?
Its a Mei tei sling but not sure if its safe to wear when pregnant?

i personally wouldnt! i stopped wearing katie when i found out i was pregnant, i dont think it would do you any good at all all that extra strain on your body!
