I have been referred back to the clinic for an appointment for ivf so I’m taken it that the results are bad

Sperm motility basically means how the sperm moves. They need to be moving in a forward motion. From the results it looks like less than half move in tge forward motion. With 51% being non motive (meaning they don't swim as they are expected to). Also sperm morphology refers to the size/shape of the sperm and typically you want at least 4% or over to have good morphology, your sperms are just a touch below that. As for the sperm count, I don't actually know what the average sperm count is but it seems pretty high to my unprofessional eye.

Hope this helps. Xxx

Agree with baby.3 that morphology is slightly under - you're aiming for 4%.

Sperm count also looks on the low side as they usually look for 15 million/ml.

Motility looks fine as they look for 32%.

Is that the only sample your OH has done? They should repeat an abnormal sample and ideally samples should be done 3 months apart to allow the sperm to regenerate. There are also lots of things you can do from a diet/lifestyle point of view that can improve sperm quality.
