Hi,
On my maternity notes it has a box for Parity, where the mw has written POTO or it could be PO+O.

Can anyone shed any light?

dictionary definition is the number of live born children a mother has so it might relate to that. does it explain it anywhere in notes cant get to mine at the moment sorry. xxxx

mine says 1+1 as i have a doaughter and have had 1 miscarriage so if you have no children and have had no miscarriages then that could be what yours says. unsure what the p means tho. hth xxxx

Ahhh!
Do you think the POTO could actually be P (pregnancies) as in zero and T (terminations) 0?

my notes say prima gravida which apparently means first pregnancy

Yes its the number of pregnancies set against number of live births...
