calculating OV

when you are look at these OV calculator things on the internet, you put the date of when AF started, is that the date when you get any amount of blood or when it is in full flow, my first day or so is always really light

Good question, I have wondered about that myself. I personally take it from the first day of proper flow. When I do spot it's hardly anything so I don't count it. I'm not sure if thats the correct way to do it though.

Yeah, day 1 is from red blood flow, spotting don't count.

thanks, ive been putting the wrong dates in, albeit only two days out would make some difference i suppose, here goes for the next month
