Has anyone bought anything off brighthouse before now?

If so, would you reccomend them and what do you need to take with you?

No dealings with them but just look at the credit agreement very carefully before you do HP, you might find it better to buy similar using a credit card or go for a catalogue/store like argos on a buy now pay later basis.

I think brighthouse should always be a last resort really, the prices on the products are usually higher to start with but with the insane interest most companies like that charge, aramintalovegrove's right, try argos or a credit card, that way you can buy what you want on offer elsewhere saving yourself money, and then save yourself some interest too :)

Thanks!

I was just curious! My partner wants to get me a new laptop for xmas but he needs to pay it off weekly/monthly as he cant afford to pay it off in one go!
Do you have any other idea's as my partner doesn't have an argos card??

xxx

If moneys tight we usually get our electrical stuff from currys.

For example we bought a £270 washing machine, you pay a £27 deposit (this is also your interest) then 10 further payments of £27

We got our computer from PC World on credit. The repayments are quite reasonable, something like £15 a month.

I know a few people who have used brighthouse and they have ended up paying double for what they have bought!

Their interest rates are scary!!! I wud avoid them if possible cos you'll end up paying a fortune :)
