Breast milk and formula question.

Hi girls, my first paranoid mummy question in this section!

I'm currently expressing and topping up with formula until I get my supply up but I've noticed that if I give B a full feed of my breast milk he will bring it back up and even doing half and half he's having explosive poo!
Obviously I'm a first time mum and appreciate that vomit and poo are normal in a newborn but I'm starting to worry that he has an intolerance to my milk if that's even possible?

Any thoughts? Feel free to tell me I'm over thinking it!

Highly unlikely to have a tolerance to your milk as its made especially for your baby!

Can't ser how old your LO is but sucking up after feeds is usually their way of getting rid of any excess. How come your topping up with formula? There's no reason your boobs shouldn't supply enough

As for the poos welcome to the world of motherhood!! All completely normal I'm afraid!!!!! Xx

Thanks hun, B is a week old and has sucking problems so it's taking time to get my supply up as he only stays on the breast for 5 minutes so expressing every 2 hours and getting 3oz but he wants 4oz!
It's reassuring to know its all normal and I am just paranoid! X
