I'm 5+2 and for about a week I've had awful hair. It just looks sh*t to put it bluntly. It's not greasy or anything it just won't go how I want it to! By the end of the day I look like a scarecrow!! Please tell me I'm not alone?!

Mine's been dodgy. I'm sure I'm also losing almost as much of it as I did after having DS.

Wasn't like this with him, hair went awesome with him lol

I'm losing a lot too! In fact I was worried for a while that my hormones were dropping, I'm hoping it doesn't mean that x

I had a bit of a giggle when I read this post, I'm 25 and I have had alopecia since I was 14, I have been completely bald for around 6 years now! By bald I mean literally not a single strand of hair on my head whatsoever, Im missing an eyebrow too XD
Since I fell pregnant I started to have some hair growth, only in small patches but its far more than I have had for a long time, even my body hair is growing more than it has since I was a teenager so I actually have to shave regular now. Its obviously a hormone thing, but seriously don't worry if your hair thins out or looks a bit messy as unless your like me I'm sure nobody else will notice :)

Sorry MissKW, this post must seem so stupid to you. Do you wear a wig or embrace it? X

Thank you Mary, I never knew that so that's helpful x

I wear a wig if I go out of the house as i don't have the confidence to embrace it, not yet anyway lol. Its also hassle with strange looks, strange comments and questions etc so its just easier to keep it covered. Most people are fine with it, but you always get that odd one or two
I really don't mind it though as hubby is sooo supportive, bath time is much quicker and it takes all of 20seconds to do my hair in the morning
