bad day

I know this is not really ther place to post this but i feel i know you who visit here best so i hope you don't mind

I'm just feeling really sad today. My 25 yo brother died suddenly and unexpectedly nearly 11 months ago, and while i have moved on a lot,it just sometimes really gets to me and i just feel so upset and angry that it happened to our family. I stayed off work today which i feel guilty about but i just was so tearful that i couldn't face it.

Anyway i'm sorry i don't want to depress you all

oh sweetie, I am so sorry for your loss Good for you for staying off work, this is not a small thing and it's totally understandable that you feel angry and upset.

I've never experienced the death of such a close family member so I can't even imagine what it feels like for you...

I'd say allow yourself to grieve and let all your feelings out. They say time heals everything... I hope it will work this way for you too and that good days will slowly outweigh the bad days

not too bad, feel really sick and tired most of the time, think OH is getting bored of asking how I am as its always the same reply
last week sickness wasnt so bad so thought i was getting over that stage but its back this week worse than before

im a bit better thanks, i always come round after a few days but still feeling sad... stayed off work again, hope they understand but will hopefully go in tomorrow...
