Had a midwife appointment today, apparently my iron levels have dropped considerably (they were really really high so i am not at risk of anemia or anything) but enough of a drop for them to worry

I got bollocked for not moving about much (fair enough, i dont move about much at all, my back is so sore after just a bit of the moving that i tend to just stay still as much as possible

and i hit a bloody car reversing into a carparking space because he was right behind me and i didnt see him in time

sooooo pissed off

i wish i could afford to eat well at the moment but we have sod all money and its taken about a month to get tax credits sorted and they still havent sent the forms out

i cant drink orange juice like i used to because the indigestion isnt worth it

spatone makes me poo rocks

they have given me a prescription that i am to take half the reccomended dose of a day but thats suppose to make me poo rocks as well

i need to go swimming twice a week but its 10quid a week i cant afford right now :(

Awwwww i am so sad today, seems like everything is going wrong for me :( :(

thanks meeah xx

I just feel like a lazy slob... i dont move much at all and i know thats bad its just soooo hard to :( :(

Awww hunny, that doesnt sound like a good day :(

Really hope things pick up for you.

xx

I've hardly moved for the last week as its just so tiring and i hate how small midwives make you feel.
I hope things get better
xxx

She had a bit of a go at me for drinking raspberry leaf tea as well and I had to explain to her that its a uterus toner and DOES NOT BRING ON LABOUR and needs to be drank through the third tri to be effective
she said 'Oh well i dont know about any of that, we tell ladies not to use it til 37 weeks'

which kinda defeats the point of it! how can you tone a uterus in just 3 weeks?

Gah! anyway i will speak to Liam tonight about getting a maternity swimming costume and i might make him buy me some steak...

if i go swimming twice a week for 40 minutes thats good exercise isnt it?

ohhh i feel so rubbish :( :(

thanks ladies, the guy whose car i hit just called me, his mate has said he will fix the damage for free if he gets a round of drinks in at the local pub!

so i am to drop off 10 quid later on today and not worry about it again!!!

thank you world, thats made me feel much much better :)

Thats so nice of the guy!!!! When the same thing happened to me a few years back the bloke was not so forgiving. Infact he was really rude the whole time, even in the statement! and we both ended up losing our no claims. Silly.

Glad your day just got better though :D x

 glad to hear your day got a little better. Still, its not easy for the midwife to just say things like that when you cant afford it  try not to worry to much. Im sure it will turn out alright in the end

I know, what an absolute sweetheart :)
we are going to go round there later Liam wants to shake his hand i think

Oh and Liam bought me steak and grape juice (as much vit C as orange) and has even given me his credit card to get a maternity costume for swimming

hes a sweetie, we cant really afford it but he insists...

Well done BB - the water will really help take the weight and be lovely for your back

Oh babes what a day, glad damage to car is being sorted x Swimming great for back even if you only spend time in the water without swimming - works wonders for mine - except the other day i was in the smal pool with daughters 7 and 6 and closed my eyes for a few mins whilst relaxing and had life guards in a panic because they thought something had happened or i was asleep !!!
