baby fund...

Hi there...
have any of you got any ideas on how me and my partner can put some money away for the baby?

My partner only gets £189 a week, and the weekly shop, petrol for the car, the lock up rent comes out of that and it does not leave us with much money
Any ideas?

I would say whatever you can afford every little helps and it will all add up in years to come.
I am going to start putting away when I go back to work not sure of how much depends on how much I have at the end of the month probably looking at about minimum of £10 a week (fingers crossed) but even if its only £5 a week adds up to £260 a year plus interest depending on what account you put it in.
I am going to put it in the Child Trust Fund as it adds onto the voucher we got from Government.
