Hi, has anyone bought anything from this site? I've seen things on there that I want and the prices are good but I just don't know how reliable they are.

I haven't, but I have used Kiddicare (there is a link between the menu bar and the banner advert above) and they look like a similiar company and I have found them to be very reliable and very quick with delivery!

Free delivery over £50 too - marvellous

I ordered a Bambino Mio nappy cover for my SIL from them and after 3 weeks they hadn't delivered so i phoned them up and cancelled the order. When you order i don't think they give you a delivery time so they are not obbliged to deliver it quickly. In the end i went into our local shop and got what i wanted.

Is there a shop near you?

No there's not but I have to go down to Gosport next month and there's a shop in Portsmouth so I can get my things from that one.

Might be best to phone them and pre-order what you want so you know they have it in store, im sure you should be able to do that. That way you know it will definately be there when you pick it up! Being nosey now, what are you getting from there!!!!!

Kelsey - i was just about to post a thread warning about this company!!!

DO NOT USE THEM!!

I order a car seat from there over a month ago, a few days later they debited the money, and I have had nothing.

After numerous telephone calls (to which they have NEVER answered, but have only twice got through to an answer phone), and emails sent pretty much everyday I have had nothing.

I have threatened them today with Trading Standards as they have been appalling and have broken the terms and conditions stated on the site.

Please please, everyone, avoid them for your own sake!!!
