Anyone using the phrase....

"This time next year we'll have x month old baby...."

Went out to lunch at the weekend with OH and sat there talking away and a women came in with a bump, I think around 20-25 ish weeks and then we heard a little baby crying and I said for the millionth time ' This time next year we'll be sitting with a 6 month old baby having lunch'.

Also used the phrase 'in 5 months time we'll be changing nappies' and 'won't have this lush long lie in or the silence in the house'

All becoming sooooo real now  lol xxx

I didnt use the exact phase but one very close when we were talking about the London Marathon, I said 'Baby Lynch will only be about 5 months by then so i dont think ill be ready'

It is starting to feel more real just wish I could start enjoying it rather than worrying still x x

Now you have me thinking that - hadn't up until now lol

I keep saying this time next year we'll have two children - that seems so weird to say!! It never ever sank in with Lennon though. I used to try imagining him in our lounge with us when I was pregnant and never could, it was so amazing to get him home.

Oh yes, I've lost count how many times I've said this or someone has said it to me, esp since my SIL had a baby 2 weeks ago, that really hit home!
