anyone get joint pain in legs hips knees and back when dueAF

does anyone get pain in thier leg joints and low backache when pregnant early or due period?

My legs don't usually hurt but right before AF is due, my lower back is sore and i get stomach cramps and my hips feel terribly heavy and sore.

Hi, i get pains going down my hips and thighs. Bizarrely i also get terrible aches in my shoulder literally the day before af comes, I fell off a horse years ago and knowcked my shoulder out of place, had physio etc and most of the time its fine, just that one day or two per month and it kills! something to do with nerves and fluid retention apparently.

progesterone, i hear is the culprit! how rubbish!


shoulder tip pain is related to internal bleeding, its an indicator as it irritates the diaphragm.

My lower back gets achy before af as well as my stomach.

I get pain in my hip joints and down my legs. I also get restless legs quite often but they are usually worse when I am due or on af.
