I have a random problem with my lip/eyes swelling and need to take anti-histamines. Have spoken to the pharmacist in regards to tablets but any comments from you guys.
Thanks for all the lovely comments, can see this site becoming an addiction in months to come :moon:

Personally as its medicine of sorts I'd consult your GP about what is safe to take when PG if you are not happy with what your pharmacist has said.

I was told not to take anything like this - i had been taken clarytyn before i found out i was pregnant, and my doctor said to stop it immediately..
sorry

i have also been told not to take them at all i would def consult your gp hun xxxxxxxx

always best to be safe rather than sorry so I'd agree with what everyone is saying about asking the GP :)

I begged my doctor to let me have something for my allergies, I suffer from annual rhinitis and suffer badly if I dont take antihistamines every day, all year!

He is refusing to let me take anything until Im at least 3 months!!

I guess its better to be safe than sorry, but its miserable!

aw Ellie, I'm sorry your suffering so much! Bring on the second semester, eh? It'll fly by I hope!
