all the medications I gave Noah were for babies over 6 months, so they should be fine.

Also a good tip is to put a towel or two under one end of their mattress, so they are on a slight tilt, it helps them sleep at night, as it helps prevent the snot and junk sitting on their chest and helps it to drain away.

I really recomend the plug in inhaler things, that you just switch on in a plu socket over night and it realeases menthol stuff to help them breath, stops them lying directly on pungent drops on their bedding.

Hi Jadie

My little girl Olivia has also got a cold. Poor thing is finding breastfeeding hard with a blocked nose.

Something else to help them is when you run their bath make sure the door is closed in the bathroom and run hot water first then put cold water in the bath to create lots of steam.

It's getting chilly up here so we have our central heating on most evenings, I put a drop of olbas oil or eculyptus on a damp flannel cloth and put it over the radiator in her room, this helps to give a bit more moisture and a nice vapour.

The towels under the mattress wont work for Olivia because she moves all round her cot during the night!

Hope they all get better soon
