I still cant get hold of him so he has no idea about my arm!!

Hehe!! He still has no idea as I cant get hold of him!!

I have the hospital again in an hour for them to ckeck the swelling etc and arrange for the start of my physio in 3wks time.
It's still bl**dy sore, but I have good painkillers!! Suppose it'll just take time!!

no I'm not coming - laura couldnt get a seat on the bus as it was full and I couldnt manage the changes of bus myself with a buggy and Arianna and a overnight bag.
