2x posts numb foot and waterbirths

i thought id just post them together i keep getting a numb foot and i stand and go to fall over any one else getting them? x

i would also like to ask if anyone had a pool birth an does it help the pain? i dont like taking gas and air because i dont like feeling out this world i like to be with it lol

Hi hun, cant help with the numb foot, but do hope you get it sorted lol.

I really really wanted a water birth, but when I got to the delivery suite there wasnt a midwife trained in water births on duty that night, but i was told i could use the pool as a "bath" to labour in. It was nice for a while but I found it made my contractions really strong and i wasnt having gas and air either. I ended up getting out after 3 hours and labouring on the bed instead. But i think, like everything else in pregnancy, every woman is different xxx
