I am very pleased to announce Spammy had her gorgeous little girl this morning. Baby Meredith arrived 2.59am weighing 7lb 8.5oz. There was no time for a labour thread as it was so speedy! Spammy sent me a pic and she is absolutely beautiful but I will leave it to her to put pics on here...

Hope you're feeling better hun, but like some of the other girls have said some people get flu like symptoms before labour so you never know :) Has the little lady been moving more today? Xxx

Like some of the others said I didn't eat during labour, although make sure you have plenty of water to hand. But afterwards I was grateful for my cereal bars and packet of Haribo :) xxx
