I have found that if I put a towel or facecloth under a hot tap and then apply it to the cramp it goes away almost immediately. That's if you can face hobbling to the bathroom!!

I was 12+2 when I went in and 13+1 when I walked out. :) So my new due date is the 27th December. The heart beat was good and strong. It was a wonderful experience and I have had a great day telling all my friends and family that didn't know yet. :) I'll post a picture of the scan up 2mrw.
