Petchy - just a thought - try calling ACAS. They are really helpful over the phone. You can get the number off the website - I googled for it. Hope they can help you out, I'm sure you would be entitled to take redundancy, but they will be able to confirm it for you. Good luck. Sunshine

Hey Lucy - how was your last day? I hope you enjoyed it and can now enjoy some rest before the baby is due. I had a really uncomfortable day today, but its one more to knock off the caount. Came home and had curry for tea tonight - no signs yet though!! I've just had a couple of hours sleep...

Only 8 days to go now - had a short day today - checkup at the hospital - all is well :)

LOL bagpuss!! I met them 16 years ago at a record signing in HMV in Birmingham. Me and DH waited in the rain for about 6 hours to get a couple of 12"s signed. Great fun at the time but I don't think I could do it again now that I'm older!! Crazy what you will do as a teenager isn't it...

Oh Sami - big hugs to you. I know how scared I was when my daughter came 5 weeks early - I remember being numb and petrified. Please take it easy - don't do a thing - its a good excuse to get DH running around after you! Will be thinking of you. Sunshine

Aw Hels - I had a boss like that - everything was more important than dealing with his staff's problems. If I were you I would go to your parent craft classes anyway. If he has a problem then he can deal with it after! Get yourself a note from the midwife to recommend it and they can't refuse...
