I use simple brand cleanser and toner in one and its designed for oily, pore skins. Maybe trial some different products to see which one is for you. X

Oh ya, the fatigue is not fun. The only remedy is sleep. I have taken to going to bed earlier so I can catch a few extra zzzzz's.

Weird, I had an itchy head now I think of it. But I switched shampoos and it went away. I tell you what is itching though...my bloody boobs! But it might be because I have got toast crumbs in my bra. Hope you sort your itchies out soon, must be driving you mental.

My spotting had all but gone but now it seems to have come back worse than before. It's pink, no cramps, a few light twinges and has been on and off all day. I figured out it is about the time my period would be due so I'm wondering if it's breakthrough. Glad I have my midwife appointment...
