I wasnt given anything from hospital for this either. It is a scary thought but honestly, just relax and I agree with putting a pad or tissue on the area helps. I had an episiotomy and tore too x

I got taken in to be induced by propess, it did not work for me at all, but it worked for a lot of other women in my ward. With a few of them it was only a matter of a few hours. I think it is different for everyone though x

I had an episiotomy and I tore, you just dont feel it when its happening. But definately listen to the midwives instructions and keep as calm as possible :) my baby is coming up for 9 weeks and I'm already saying I would love a brother or sister for him so it can't have been that traumatising...

I had a D & C last year and its nothing to worry about at all and im a wimp. When i came to after being asleep I didnt think they had done anything but they were finished. I only got slight period pain and some bleeding, thats all. You will be totally fine x

Well i do feel a little pressure down there but other than that I feel fine. I have never been brave enough to have a look but I think i will leave it that way :s

Well I had my appointment and the Dr basically said what ur all saying and didnt need checked down there and im totally fine so happy happy :D

I was like that at the end of my pregnancy. Just had my first baby nearly 3 weeks ago. Dont worry about doing the toilet while in labour, when you are in labour you wont really care anyway lol and the midwives have seen a lot so dont worry at all :)
