I am a 6 week pregnant..and around 5 or 6 days regularly i found a brown colour clot twise in a day..and no cramp.. is it safe or not..

Yesterday, i went to the doctor for scan.. and i have a 7 weeks pragnency bt doctor said that the scan machine shows you are a 5 weeks pragnent.. thats why your date will be count after 15 days..
Please help to understand it is normal or not..
