I work in a Doctors Surgery, and we do DNA tests for CSA referrals for £50. So if it is a case of proving whether he has to pay for his child you should be able to get one done by your GP (although, I am assuming all Surgeries work the same way as the one I work at!) If it's just to 'prove'...

Apparantly a young boy aged 3 has been killed in an accident at this event today, just checking the news now for further details. :cry:
