When I had mine, the nurse watered it down so it wasnt too bad, but still the sweetest thing I have ever tasted and never want to taste again! I ended up having about five cupfuls of water cos i couldnt swallow some of it! I was fine for about 15 mins, but after started to feel queasy and sick...

my midwife weighed me this morning and i'v put on 8kgs, so she happy with that.
