Me, 35. DH, 39. Met in 2008, so happy! TTC#1 for 3 years, never a hint of a BFP. DH sperm=A+. My cycles normal, bloods normal, tubes clear. Lap showed mild endo, removed. Diagnosis="unexplained". 6 mths on letrozole, ovulated like clockwork, all BFN. IVF#1 at Barts, Dec 2012. It worked! Due Oct 2013...miracles can happen
